Delivery of your package takes place within 1-3 working days. Depending on the address you ordered the shoes to, it takes different lengths of time for the package to arrive, you can always contact us via email@example.com to get your shipment number. Then you can follow the package yourself via Postnord’s website. Also contact customer service if you need express delivery, we always do everything we can to be able to deliver your shoes to you as soon as possible.
Postage is included in purchases at the regular price within Sweden, within Europe the postage costs 12 euros. A change of size is also included. The return costs SEK 60 within Sweden.
Your order is sent with PostNord AB and to your delivery point. From there, an SMS or email is sent to the telephone number or email address you provided when ordering. If your telephone number is missing, an e-mail or paper notification will be sent, which you will take with you when you pick up your package. If you do not pick up your package, we will charge SEK 149. The cost is debited via invoice.
